BLOGGER SALE!

Hey everyone! I hope everyone is having a great saturday thus far.  I was going through my makeup drawers and there is a stash I've had tucked away that I totally forgot about.  Back when I used to work for MAC, I used to stock up on my beloveds like they were all going to be discontinued.  I bought everything in 3's and now I want to get rid of everything I don't touch.  Everything pictured here is BRAND NEW and will come with the boxes. I will take only paypal and please contact me if you are interested.  The prices shown will include shipping as well.

Studio Mist Foundation in Dark x2 and Medium Dark-$18 each
These have a great sheer coverage to them and are beautiful with either a duo fibre brush or stippled on with a sponge. I'm an NC40 and the Medium Dark was perfect for me.

Select Cover Up in NC42-$12
This concealer has a medium coverage and I've also used it sheered out with some Fix+ all over my face.

Skinsheen Legsprays in Deep Dark and Dark-$18
I'm soooo sad to see these gems go! They are a gel consistency but give your legs a beautiful glow. They have a little bit of a gold shimmer to them and you get better color payoff when you use a brush. I had the large #179 brush that came out with them when Naughty Nauticals launched. They will be launching again soon so get these babies early and cheaper! These sold out quickly last time.

Fafi Dolls-$10 each or all for $30 (PENDING)
This is another item that I really love.  They are a great collectors item and if you're a fan of MAC and Fafinettes then this is a must have.  I've never even taken them out of the boxes!

Well, that's all for now.  This is all i can take right now! It made me soooo sad to even go through my stuff but I know it will get some use somewhere else!

My paypal email is ryanthunt@yahoo.com-this is my BF's email because I forgot the password to my account :X

BUT, if you want to contact me about buying something then comment me here or email me at camilladeleon19@gmail.com so I can send you an invoice.

Super Smokey Look/One of my Fave's B-Day!

Happy hump day everyone! Wednesday happens to be one of my favorite days of the week. IDK why, maybe because I was born on a Wednesday? Or because we are almost done with the work week? Anywho, this post is dedicated to one of my FAVORITE cousins, Ishmael! He recently turned 21 on the 15th of April and we went out last Friday to celebrate! We went to this trendy chinese food place in San Jose called Sinos and it was soooooo nice. I bit pricey for my taste, but I guess we were paying for the atmosphere. I'm the second oldest of 16 grandkids and I'm extremely close to my cousins. I tell them everything and we even party together sometimes. My little brother came back from UC Davis for the weekend and we had a lot of fun.

Enjoy the weather! It's finally cooling down! Soooooo much more comfy now.

Tip of the day:Make Nail Color Pop!

Good morning loves! Here's my tip of the day:

Have you ever had a fab nail polish but have to glob on like three coats in order for the color to be opaque? Then have to wait like 3 hours for it to dry..and while waiting you brush your nail up against something to ruin all of your hard work?

Something that I like to do is use white nail polish as a base then put ONE coat of my pretty color on top of it. The white nail polish acts like a primer and a bare canvas so that anything on top of it is just PURE COLOR. Think about painting a wall, you want to use a primer right? Even with makeup...a whiter base makes your shadows that much brighter. You use less coats of your pretty color, and in turn, your nails dry faster! Your beloved nail polish lasts longer and you have more change in your pocket!

Review: Jergen's Natural Glow

Hello everyone! It is so damn hot right now it's not even funny.  I did my makeup today and it literally melted off my face.  I need to get my tinted foundations out for the summer fo sho. Wearing this Studio Tech is making my skin feel super icky and slick.  Now that tis the season, wearing shorts and skirts is more appropriate.  I usually tan, but when I can't Jergen's Natural Glow Moisturizer is my go to self tanner lotion.  I've been using it for a couple of years now and I absolutely love it.  It gives you a nice gradual tan without the sun damage.  I took some pics before I used it and again after 3 days of use.

The smell is ok, although it does tend to smell a bit like self tanner.  You need to make sure to wash your hands after applying it because it will turn a brownish-orange in between the crevices in your fingers.  Also, let it dry for a few minutes before putting your clothes on.  I only use it on my legs because they tend to always be lighter than the rest of my body.  I also LOVE how tan legs look slimmer..LOL.  When using it, spend a little more time rubbing it into the ankles and behind the knees because it tends to settle there and look darker in those areas. They come in different shades and I have the one designed for deeper skin.  I usually won't use it for more than 5 days because it'll look Lindsay Lohan-ish after prolonged use.

It's soooo much healthier than laying out in the sun and it doesn't cost much!

Here's a pic of my legs before:

Gotta Love Those AKA's!

Hey lovelies! I hope your Monday wasn't too rough on you all. Mine went by super fast for some weird reason..I'm not complaining at all! So this post is going to be about the makeup I did a week ago for my bestie's bestie's birthday extravaganza. They are active members of the AKA sorority and they are all the nicest, craziest, loudest girls! LOL. We went to the Sushi House in Alameda, CA and I totally forgot to take pics of all the food my BF and I consumed. We killed like 5 rolls and some PINK red velvet cake. Darn it, the cake was gorgeous too and I forgot to take a pic of that too! Grrr..I'm slippin in my pimpin right now.

Cranberry FOTD

Hay, hay, hay! I hope everyone's Easter was good. Mine sure was! I got to kick it with the fam bam and spend some QT with the baby daddy and the little bambino. Noelan officially started crawling yesterday on Easter Sunday so I'm just a happy mama right now. Time to baby proof! That little booger gets into anything and everything he can get his little saliva soaked hands on..haha. I did a look yesterday using the red velvet shadestick that I haven't touched yet and a color that I used to always rock....CRANBERRY! I forgot how much I loved this color and how pretty it is. It was a little pinker than I'd expected it because of the shadestick but nonetheless, it was still a great color. It made my hair look redder :) I dyed my hair over the weekend to fix my horrible roots and it turned out a lot lighter than I thought it would. My brows seem too dark for my hair now..what do you think? I've been using Embark e/s..I've also been using my Studio Fix Fluid again for the last couple of days but will STOP IMMEDIATELY because I've been noticing small bumps on my forehead after using it. I've never had this problem before but have heard of it happening so I think its time to retire my beloved foundation. I have normal skin and want something medium to full coverage..for a good price too of course. Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated.

Have a dry and crusty gel liner?

Here's my tip for the day:

Are you down to the bottom of a gel liner and its hard to work with because it's so dry and crusty?

Simply spray some of MAC's Fix + in it and it instantly moistens that sucker up! When used on clients, I usually scoop a bit out and put in on the back of my hand. Then I spray one squirt of Fix+ on it and voila! It comes back to life and I remember why I loved fluidlines in the first place. Never use water thinking it will do the same thing because it won't and it will leave your gel liner drier than when you started.

Remember, a little bit goes a long way so don't get too spray happy or else the pigment wont transfer onto the skin and you'll get a big wet mess!

Later gators!

Rockstar Nails #2

Hello bloggers! This past weekend, I was looking down at my hands and said WTF? I had this mint green color on with some black zebra striping on from 2 weeks ago and it was literally grown the hell out! It was a bit too hoodrat for me so I decided to give myself a fill and some rockstar nails. The only problem was setting aside an hour to get them done. So on friday night, when the little one went to bed, I got my UV dryer out and went to work. I was going to do purple glitter but I decided to pull my crystalized orange out instead. In different lighting, it looks more tangeriney but here it looks pretty yellow.

MAC glitters used:
-Crystalized Orange
-Reflects Very Pink
-Turquoise
-Crystalized Yellow

If any of you are wondering, I'm wearing a Disney ring that says LOVE. Just thought I'd throw that out there :)

Christina Aguilera Look #2

Happy Monday everybody! I hope everyone had a good weekend. I myself spent it doing makeup and shopping...what's not to love!? I did a couple of gigs for my bestie and one of her AKA sorority sisters. It was her birfday and she wanted all eyes on her! I'll post that later on. I decided to do another Christina Aguilera look because I love how her makeup is always soooooo gorgeous. She's definately not afraid to take risks and I love that about her. Ultimately, I wiped off the red lips and changes to a bright magenta lip just because it went with what I was wearing that day. It was such a "UGH" look just cuz I still couldn't wear black liner. It would've looked so much better! Black liner, oh how I've missed you! Look at that pic..I love her pixie bangs. I would totally rock them but I'm scared that I might look a bit too asian :)

-Studio Fix Fluid in NC40

Happy 8 Months to Noelan!

It's April 2nd and it happens to mark the 8th month from when my son Noelan Steven was born. We woke up together this morning at about 5:30 am and sang "Happy Birthday" to him and danced. He loved it and was all smiley. I've been feeling rather guilty lately because while Mommy and Daddy are at work from 7am-3:30pm, he is at the babysitter's house from about 6:15am-4:15pm. This week in particular has been terrible for me because I've had cheer practice all week from 4:30pm-7:00pm. When I get home, the baby is just unwinding and getting ready for his slumber. I don't get to spend much time with him at it just breaks my heart. Cheer is over this week and I can't wait. I won't be returning next year as their coach and I'm sooooooo ready to spend the time needed with my adorable son. These 8 months have flown by and I even started crying the other night when he started scooting for the first time. I don't want my baby to grow anymore but I just remind myself that he won't be this size and age ever again so I should cherish every moment; even though I may cry for time to myself once in a while. I thought it would be cool to see how he's grown these past few months.

Here's a shot of our little family as soon as I gave birth on August 2nd. 38 hours of labor! Its a sense of relief like no other.

Here is Noelan at about 1 month. He just ate and had milk all over his face :)

This is at my parent's house and he was about 2.5 months here.

This is my lil bubbas at a little over 3 months old. He's in his stunna shades.
These are the most recent pictures I took of Noelan at our first trip to the park on Saturday. I'm more please with the shots I got than I have ever been taking him to get his professional photos taken. He will NEVER smile in studio! If you look closely at the picture of him grinning, you can catch a glimpse of his first tooth!

Sorry for this not being beauty related...actually, scratch that! My son is the most BEAUTIFUL thing on this planet to me! Have a great 2nd of the month everyone!
It's Friday tomorrow! Whoo hoo!
