Sex Kitten Birthday Makeup

Happy Wednesday! I'm feeling a bit tired this morning but I need to change my attitude QUICKLY if I want to get through this day! Things have been pretty busy for me lately and I haven't done much with makeup. I miss it dearly and need to hustle more for my craft but it's sooooo hard to book gigs when you want to spend time with those you love...especially this time of the year! I love Oct-Dec! I love how Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas are all within a month of each other. There's ALWAYS something going on now and I love it!

I wanted to share a makeup I did for my bestie's birthday. She was going to a club on the Thursday night of her birthday and she wanted to look hot! She was wearing black and wanted to go smokey on the eyes. You know how I feel about birthday makeup....GLITTER! Of course I had to whip my reflect gold glitter out and glam-ifie the look.

Quote of the day: "I find that the most important trip you can make in life is meeting people halfway." -RevRunWisdom
I love this quote because as a soon-to-be newlywed, I find myself compromising with my love. We argue and I like how I used to get things done, but it isn't about me anymore. It's about my FAMILY and how WE provide for each other. Love you all and stay happy and healthy!

25th High School Reunion Makeup

I'm BACK people! Sorry for that hiatus...I've been transitioning into a new position at work and working on wedding deets. I haven't been dabbling in the makeup lately as I've been wearing the same look for the past 3 weeks or so. Life is getting the best of me right now and the month of October has been filled with blessings. I've gotten a promotion, started getting my dress made, and have been enjoying life!

Here is a look I did on my mother-in-law for her 25th high school reunion. She was in the committee that actually put the whole party together so it was really important for her to look great! She was wearing a red dress and wanted to incorporate some gold in her look.
